Milan, 27th May 2022 – Acciaierie d’Italia Holding Spa informs that for strictly personal reasons, Engineer Carlo Mapelli has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. The assembly appointed Dr. Tiziana De Luca, director of the Department of the Treasury of the MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) to replace him.
