Milan, 13th July 2021 – With reference to press news published today and relating to corporate matters, according to which the Board of Directors of Acciaierie d'Italia Holding Spa would have sent "only the financial statements of the holding" to the Invitalia shareholder, Acciaierie d'Italia specifies that this does not corresponds to the truth. Acciaierie d'Italia informs to have consequently sued the media involved.
