Rome, 12th December 2025 - The Extraordinary Commissioners of Acciaierie d'Italia in Extraordinary Administration (EA), Giovanni Fiori, Giancarlo Quaranta, Davide Tabarelli, and of ILVA in Extraordinary Administration (EA), Alessandro Danovi, Francesco di Ciommo, and Daniela Savi, announce that, by the deadline set at midnight on December 11, 2025, two bids have been received for the acquisition of the business complexes belonging to the former Ilva plants.
The proposals, both relating to the purchase of all the business complexes, come from Bedrock Industries and Flacks Group.
The two bids were duly filed in accordance with the procedures, and the Extraordinary Commissioners will now examine the proposals to assess their completeness and compliance with the requirements set out in the tender notice.
The tender procedure remains open: as provided for in the tender notice, any other interested parties may submit their own bids, as long as they represent an improvement on those already received.
