Rome, September 12th, 2025 - The extraordinary commissioners of Acciaierie d'Italia under EA and ILVA under EA announce that, as requested by the bidders, the deadline for submitting binding offers relating to the sale of the business complexes formerly owned by Ilva S.p.A. has been extended.
The new deadline has been set for September 26th, 2025.
The decision was taken with the aim of allowing the bidders to complete the necessary documentation, in full compliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment between the operators involved.
