Taranto, 20th June 2023 – Acciaierie d'Italia notifies that yesterday evening’s accident on the third floor of the PCI department at the Taranto plant occurred during a work break during which the employee involved was waiting for instructions to carry out other tasks.
The employee was promptly rescued by the plant health service. The Company has started an internal procedure to assess the dynamics of the event.
