Milano, 8th February 2024 – With reference to press news of these days, including the article published on the newspaper “La Verità”, where it was stated that Acciaierie d’Italia did not provide Sace with the information needed to follow up on the provisions adopted recently by the Government to protect the credits of contractors’ companies, the Company specifies that these statements are without any grounds.
Acciaierie d’Italia has never received any such request from Sace and reserves the right to take action in any venue to protect its rights.
