Genoa, 26th October 2023 - Acciaierie d'Italia informs that yesterday, in the Genoa plant, after the weekly scheduled maintenance stop of the pickling tandem cold rolling mill, at the moment of restoring the plant's operating conditions, a transfer wagon for coils handling was shifted, without consequences for people and company structures.
The company has launched an internal investigation to verify compliance with safety procedures.
