Milano, 29th June 2023 – With reference to the data published today on MF newspaper regarding the 2022 financial statements, Acciaierie d'Italia Holding specifies that the Company's Board of Directors has unanimously approved both the separate financial statements and the group consolidated financial statements for 2022.
As can be seen from the documents at the Chamber of Commerce, three out of six members of the ADI Holding Board of Directors were appointed by Invitalia, namely the Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Franco Bernabé, the manager of Invitalia Professor Ernesto Somma and the manager of the MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) Dr. Tiziana De Luca.
Both 2022 financial statements received a favorable opinion for their approval by the Board of Statutory Auditors, whose Chairman, Dr. Franco Dalla Sega, was appointed by the shareholder Invitalia. The financial statements have been certified without remarks by EY independent auditors.
In the period during which the financial statement file was made available to the shareholders in accordance with the law, before the meeting, none of the shareholders asked for clarification on any item.
