Milan, 15th February 2024 – The State Council held a meeting session on 13th February 2024 and accepted the precautionary appeal submitted by Acciaierie d'Italia S.p.A. for the suspension of order no. 00024/2024 by the Lombardy TAR (Regional Administrative Court) relating to the supply of gas from SNAM to Acciaierie d'Italia, postponing the final decision to the ruling on the matter by the Lombardy TAR.
